^{Revision max 3x for major and unlimited for minor. Major revisions are only allowed during the draft/sketch stage.}

^{I don't accept down payment, only full payment after the final sketch for local client and upfront for international clients (following the VGen system).}

^{This commission is for personal use only; banner or profile picture, posting on your own social media (non-promoting/profit), and printing for self-usage are okay.}

^{If the artwork will be used for digital monetary and profitable printing media, such as video thumbnails, commercial promotions/ads, streaming, merchandise, art prints, and digital/physical book, it will count as commercial use.}

^{Commission cancellations can only be made during the sketch stage and will be charged 50% of the price (it's free if I haven't done the sketch). You will still get the sketch. NO refund after payment.}

^{The character IP is yours, but the artwork is still mine. So that both sides can post commission results with proper credit. I can use and edit the artwork as my portfolio too. If you wants to have full rights to the commission artwork, please add commercial use prices to the order. Please let me know if there's a condition where I'm not allowed to post it :)}

^{Please check if the slot is available in Progress Tracker and order by contacting me through my contact.}

^{After getting the slot, I'll give you a link to the reference folder on google drive for local clients. International clients, please order through VGen.}

^{I'll start working on the sketch when your references are complete. Please note that the processing time will depend on your queue number. I'll let you know asap when the sketch is done.}

^{If the sketch has been approved, I'll give you an invoice and you must make the full payment. I'll continue working on your order only after you have completed the payment.}

^{Work will continue until your order is complete. I'll update you twice at the base color and rendering stage to get your approval.}

^{Lastly, I'll send you the HD version of the commission result via email that you filled in the commission form.}
